Spacious Sanibel Condo....Clean and Fresh! Best Value on Sanibel! We love to share our fabulous Sanibel Island home with all our great guests. We are one of the best values on Sanibel, so be sure to book early. Our place is extra spacious @ 1,300 sq/ft., a very large 2 bed/2 bath condo. Just updated w/ new flat panel TV, wireless internet, and new furniture.Always feel free to contact me w/ any questions. I will do everything to accommodate your schedule. Our place is located in a very quiet, small complex. The area of the island is very special....not too far from the commercial areas and not to far away. It is a very peaceful setting on West Gulf Drive. |

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed.
Large room with sleeper sofa. The TV (cable) is nicely viewable from the bed. Because of the size of the condo six adults, or even two families, will have plenty of space.

Lush tropical gardens are found throughout the development and are visible from the front lanai.

View complex information and photos at Seashells of Sanibel. Very nice breafast lanai. Floorplan better than most, very spacious. Extremely easy access to condo, park right in front of entrance, only five small steps and you are in.
Lovely heated pool and tennis court in complex.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). A bike path runs directly in front (bike racks are available directly in front of the condo). It is very popular to rent a bike while you are on Sanibel. The island is only 12 miles long, so you can bike anywhere on the island. • Beach is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach is 1-2 minutes away via private beach access. Beach umbrella, chairs and toys available in unit. The beach is 1-2 minutes away via private beach access. The beach here is wonderful! Very easy to spend the entire day watching the waves. Just bring a book, some lotion, lunch, etc....it is so nice.
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash I need $200 to complete a reservation. Balance is due within 7 days of arrival. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
