Master Bedroom

1 King Bed. One king in the master bedroom suite, with phone, color TV, private bath with tub & shower & electric mounted hairdryer & walk in closet.

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed and 1 Single/Twin Cot. One queen sleeper sofa & one rollaway & one crib available. Crib is a standard size crib, and there is also a portable crib to take to the pool or beach.

Bedroom

2 Queen Beds and 1 Single/Twin Bed. 2 queen size beds & double rollaway & crib. Bathroom adjacent to the 2nd bedroom has shower for 2, electric mounted hairdryer. Walk in closet, large space.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Ceiling fans in all rooms. 2 adult & 2 children's bikes provided with the unit. Free use of canoes & kayaks on the premises. Large swimming pool & 2 tennis courts. 4th best shelling beach in the world! Clubhouse with staff & information center with restaurant brochures & island information.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 2 public golf courses on Sanibel Island and 30 in our Lee County area!
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The entire island is only 12 miles long! There are literally 100 shops & restaurants on Sanibel & adjoining Captiva Island. Also, more shopping & restaurants in nearby Cape Coral, Fort Myers & Fort Myers Beach.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Unit is on Bowman's Beach. There is approximately a 5 min. walk to the beach around the rear tennis court & over a wooden footbridge. Canoes and kayak for free checkout at the clubhouse. A variety of beach toys (sand pails, sand molds, rafts, etc.) may be found in the condo. We provide beach chairs and a beach tent for infants.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (90 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
All payment methods are accepted for the payment of the security deposit. Final payments must be made with personal check or money order or cashier's cheque or direct bank deposit or wire. Thank you!

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
