1 Double Bed, 1 Double Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). Second bedroom has a daybed with a hideaway trundle bed that can be converted into one double or two singles.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and two basins.
Unit has patio area overlooking the pool and the large back yard with tropical plants and palm trees.
• Unit is approximately a 35 minute drive to airport: Nearest airport is in the Fort Myers area.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Golf course is less than 10 minute drive or a 10 minute walk.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Home is steps from restaurants and shopping.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The home is on the east end of the island near the beach. Short walk, less than 5 minutes.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed. A fee of $10 per night will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
