The bedroom is large and has access to a private Mexican-tiled patio. This condo is situated at the end of the complex with a quiet expanse of lush green lawn. The Sea of Cortez is a short ten minute walk away. There is a Mega complex that has open air restaurants, boutique's, grocery shopping, Internet cafe, hair nail salon within a short walk. Downtown San Jose Del Cabo offers a wonderful look into old Mexico.

• Los Cabos International Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. From airport, drive to toll road. Cross the 4-way highway at the stop sign. Pass the Mega Store on your right. At the sign that says "Park Royal" turn left. Proceed to the first condo complex on the left. Spanish style "Villas Baja".
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Bus transportation is accessible on the 4Way Highway to Cabo San Lucas. There is also a school bus that travels into downtown San Jose.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Driving distance to shopping is a five minute drive. Restaurants, Internet, shopping, groceries, hair/nails and within 10 minute walk. The Sea/Sand/Surf and also about a ten minute walk.

• Nearby Attractions: Old historic churches are in downtown San Jose. There are taxis, walking and rental cars available. Downtown shopping is a must. Payments and Policies
Payment Details
200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
$100.00 Damage deposit is required that is refundable after inspection. $50.00 Key deposit is required, refundable when returned.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 4.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
