• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez from the second floor. Beach access is an easy 7 minute walk.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 45.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
