It takes approx. 5 min. to drive into the main town. Championship golf courses (5 signature courses) are within a few minutes.

    A credit card is required to confirm the booking. A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $100 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
