Unit DescriptionGuests may arrive on any day of the week.
Special Conditions
Bookings of three weeks or more will receive a discount of 100.00 per week. Optional daily maid service must be arranged with condo manager and paid directly to the manager at the office.

Kitchen remodeled in 2002, new cabinets, tile, and appliances.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed. A bathroom is located off this bedroom.

2 Single/Twin Beds. The two twin beds can be converted to a king size bed. Linens are available for both twin and king.
Living Room
1 Queen Bed. A queen size Aero bed with linens is provided that can be used in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The condo sits on a hill overlooking the Sea of Cortez. The main view to the north and east includes the estuary and the Sea of Cortez toward the Gordo Banks. To the south the view includes other resort buildings, the parking lot, and a pool. Looking west, the view is toward the town of San Jose del Cabo.

View complex information and photos at Hacienda Los Cabos. The unit has four ceiling fans, with two in the living room and one in each bedroom. There are three air conditioners, with one in the kitchen/lining room area, and one in each bedroom. One of the three swimming pools is located at the bottom of the stairs exiting the condo. The pool is heated during the cooler months, and a kiddie pool is attached. Beach towels are provided. There is a small balcony with a Sea of Cortez view.
Distances
Payments and Policies• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The nine hole Municipal Golf Course at San Jose del Cabo is approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the condo.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The nearest restaurants, shopping, and banking are located at the bottom of the hill, approximately 5 minutes walking downhill. Time to walk uphill varies with level of fitness. The town of San Jose is apporximately 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. A bus can be taken to Cabo San Lucas, or other stops along the Corridor. It is a 1/2 mile walk to the bus stop. The transit ride to Cabo is about 30 minutes. The bus frequency is every 20 minutes, until approximately 10 p.m. • The condo is 1/2 mile from the ocean, and the walking time is approximately 12 minutes. The beach is a one-half mile walk from the condo.
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 200) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
