The TV has two channels available- Spanish only. There is NO satelite English reception. Mobile phone with unlimited local calls available. Incoming long distance calls can be received, but long distance calls going out have to go on a prepaid telephone card.
NO internet access but there are internet cafes available throughout the village.

Kitchen is fully functional and equipped with matching china, stainless steel cutlery and quality pots and pans. Basic spices are provided at the beginning of the season. Since we cannot replenish regularly we would appreciate if our guests would replace the basics as they run out.
For your dining pleasure there is a beautiful set of patio furniture under a shady roof right by the pool.
1 King Bed. Master bedroom is very spacious and has access to patio and pool through sliding doors, walk-in closet and lots of drawers....
Also private en-suite bathroom.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is conveniently located beside the 2nd bathroom. It is bright and airy with lots of closet space, very comfortable for 2 people.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed-chesterfield and equipped with a 27" TV and DVD system. Again, there is lots of closet space, so it can easily be used as a bedroom.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is segregated from the main house, but within the enclosure. It is totally self contained, with sink, toilet and shower. Ideal for people who are with a group, but like privacy!
The rent for this is US $ 500/week extra.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
