Unit is in the southern part of San Jose, very close to the Highway that goes to Cabo.

San Jose Airport is appoximately 10 miles.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). San Jose Public Golf Course is within a 20 minute walk.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Downtown San Jose with great shopping and restaurants is about 1/2 mile walking. There is a coffee shop internet cafe a couple of blocks down the hill.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. San Jose Beach is about 1/2 mile walk. San Jose Beach in normally not a swimming beach. A short 10 minute drive will get you to a couple of coves for great swimming and snorkeling. Chelano and Santa Maria Beaches, just south of San Jose, towards Cabo.

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
