• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 8 golf course(s) nearby. Baja has some of the best golf in the world in a 10 mile stretch south of your condo.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A small market is 100 feet away.A large super market(Mega)is a 10 min. drive,has everything,food and liquor(good wine selection too). Most shopping is 10 minutes by car or taxi. Good restaurants are available along the beach within walking distance.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Your unit is about 200 feet from the ocean. The pool and about 25 feet of sand are the only things that separate you from the clear blue Costa Azul. Swimming depends on the time of the year and surf conditions. November to April is generally calm and good for swimming. May thru October are excellent for surfing and may not be be good for swimming.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
