On property caretaker available for check-in assistance and any other help required - Spanish and English speaking. Unit is smoke-free. Laundry facilities are nearby, but off-property. Bottled water is supplied on check-in. Beach chairs and umbrella in unit. Move in, and enjoy!

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
