In the Costa Azul area of Los Cabos, Mexico, this Lomas de la Jolla Vacation Rental is your comfortable home away from home whether you are looking for world class surfing, golfing, fishing, diving, or whether you just want to take it easy. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the Sea of Cortez, watch for whales, swim in the Infinity style pool and play tennis on the private courts. It is only a short walk to the beachfront Zipper's Bar & Grill, dinner and live jazz at Havana, the air conditioned sports bar - restaurant, Sardina Cantina or tasty salads and fish tacos at Mi Ensalada.

The telephone is restricted to local calls only. Incoming calls are not restricted and the answer machine is for the convenience of the guests. Cellular phone service is good and calling cards can be used at the public telephone at the security station.

Los Cabos International Airport is about 12 miles away.
Transit
The bus is about a 5 minute walk from the property.
Shopping and Dining
Havana, Zippers, Sardina Cantina and Mi Ensalada restaurants are all within walking distance and the restaurants and shopping of San Jose del Cabo are about five minutes away by car.
Golf Courses
Los Cabos has six signature courses and the municipal course in San Jose del Cabo, all within 20 miles. Querencia and the One & Only Palmilla Golf Resorts and the muni are about five minutes away be car.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a pond. A fine sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a 5 minute walk from the property. The Sea of Cortez is just a five minute stroll down the hill. The water is warm, clear and inviting on the Costa Azul, but inexperienced beach goers should pay extra attention before jumping in. There are no lifeguards, so watch the ocean for at least ten minutes to see how big the surf is and where the waves are breaking before getting wet. Surfers enjoy three popular surf spots along this beach: Zippers, The Rock, and Acapulquito.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 15 days (or more) prior to arrival all payments (less a 100 cancellation fee) are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Credit Cards and e-checks are accepted through PayPal. Personal checks are not accepted within 35 days of arrival.
Payment Methods:
Amex, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, PayPal, Personal Cheque. , Visa
Deposits
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is due on arrival.

There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

One-time fee of 50.00 (USD) for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
A guest must request this optional service.
