• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 6 golf course(s) nearby. World class golf.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are 5 minutes from great shopping in San Jose and 15 minutes from downtown Cabo. • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez from the second floor. Beach access is an easy 7 minute walk.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
