If 5 bedrooms are not enough we own the 5 bedroom villa next door.
Our villa is 3000 sq ft w/4 Large Master Bedrooms w/King Size beds & 1 bedroom w/2 twins or 1 king when pushed together. Plus you can relax under large covered outdoor patio areas with spacious seating. Perfect for couples or families! Views of the Sea of Cortez from the 2nd floor.

    Privacy of a Home, and convenience of a Hotel. Maid or chef service is available in our home to make a vacation for everyone, including Mom! This is a 24-hour, private gated community located at Kilometer 29 on the "corridor" which is a beautiful stretch of white sandy beaches.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are 5 minutes from great shopping in San Jose and 15 minutes from downtown Cabo. You are just a few minute walk from Dante's, Zippers, Havana's and The Rusty Putter Restaurants and 1.5 miles to the One and Only Palmilla for 5 Star dining. All of the comforts of home at the shopping clubs of Costco, Mega and Soriano's just a few minutes away!

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
