The villa has been completely redone in gorgeous marble and travertine. The large bedrooms are open to the pool and each has an en suite marble and travertine bath. A "Cantina Terrace" with a wrap around mural of an old Mexican village awaits with an invitation from Pancho Villa for a cool Margarita. Free Vonage long distance service to the U.S. and Canada. 30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
