The unit has been completely remodeled (2006) to a high standard. Convenient to all, this unit is above the Mayan Palace Golf Course and walking distance to the best of San Jose. A short drive takes you to the best beaches in Baja Sur like the one and only Palmilla, Chileno and Santa Maria. The kitchen is well appointed and a private room with laundry is in the unit. Great service & security is provided.

    • The kitchen has been totally remodeled (2006) to a high standard. Many upgrade such as new Kohler double sink and Interceramic tiles from Italy! Many great cooking gadgets provided. Bon appetite. Linens, towels and bedding are provided.

    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Large bedroom with new (2006) Simmons bed. Room has 3 windows including a large 6x5 picture window. Fantastic sunrise and other views over the Sea of Cortez, the Estuary and Punta Gorda. You don't even have to get out of bed. En suite bath has been totally upgraded with new tile, Kohler sink, chrome fixtures, comfort height toilet. Excellent closet and storage space.
    Bedroom
    2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Comfortable bedroom with two new (2006) Seally beds. Furnishings are hand made in Puebla by the firm Segusino known for modern living with traditional style. Large closet for storage. Bath is across the hall with all the amenities of the master bath.
    Bathrooms
    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
    Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
    View
    This condo has views of the Sea of Cortez, San Jose, Punta Gorda, the Estuary and Sierra Laguna's Mountains. The landscaped gardens and pool views are a bonus.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.

    If you have booked and cancel your reservation you will receive a voucher for another time period. If the unit can be rented during the booked period you will receive a rent refund.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10.00 per night only one pet allowed will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Check with the owner..
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
