• San Jose Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. Car rental at airport, taxi and hotel bus service. Typical taxi fee to Villas Baja is $35 to $50 flat fee (4 people). You have to tell the taxi driver what you will pay.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). Easy walk to beach (across the street), beach hotels (all beaches are public), restaurants, modern and very clean high quality super size grocery store ("MEGA") and shopping mall. Historic San Jose town center is 1.5 mile walk along beach hotel row. 5 minute walk to bus stops for Cabo San Lucas and historic San Jose town center. Bus stops: Cabo San Lucas (modern green bus) is located across the street from "Mega" grocery store, $1 USD or 10 pesos. Local bus stop is located on beach hotel row (bus R3, yellow school type bus)$.50 USD or 5 pesos. Buses accept US dollars or pesos, need exact change.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. 5 minute walk to beach. All beaches in Mexico are public and accessible through beach hotels and public access paths. The ocean has a strong under tow along beach. All hotels welcome guest to use their beach area and pool facilities provided you purchase food and drinks. Many hotels offer beach/pool use packages for example $20 fee with $20 in coupons for food and drink. .i.e Grand Baja Hotel, 5 minute walk.
• Nearby Attractions: Surfing area is about a 20 minute walk down the beach toward Cabo San Lucas or 5 minute drive. Surfing area is commonly known as "Zippers, Cabo Surf/7 Sea's Hotel, surf board rentals is located across from Cabo Surf/ 7 Sea's Hotel. Horse Back Riding, Kayaks, ATV, Bikes: Across the street from Presidente Hotel (Beach hotel row) approx. 1 mile.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $40.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
