Restaurants, shopping, golfing, fishing, snorkeling, taxis/shuttles and the quaint town of San Jose. Mykonos offers guests three swimming pools, jacuzzi, beach volleyball, lighted tennis courts, full gym, endless beach fun and 24 hour security. Our condo, decorated with traditional Mexican flair, is well stocked, comfy, and clean. The best feature is the forever beautiful Sea of Cortez VIEW FROM EVERY ROOM!

• Nearby Attractions: Mykonos Bay Resort has a full gym and tennis courts. State parks for snorkeling are within a 10 minute drive. Lands End, Cabo San Lucas, is only approx. 18 miles away.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $300 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00 per cleaning.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
