Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
$ 250 Reservation deposit must be received prior to your arrival via mail or PayPal. Check out time is at 10am. Late check out must be cleared with the owner before the check out date and costs $75.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 24.
Check in after 11:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 3 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 400 will apply. A fee of 200 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
