    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 15 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00-75.00. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 20.00 may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
