    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 250.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
