The large living room window looks out on a lovely ground-floor terrace and a jewel of a tropical garden. There is a second-floor terrace looking out on the domes and spires of churches in the colonial town's center. On the third level, a covered rooftop terrace enjoys a 360-degree view of the town and countryside, with stunning sunsets and twinkling lights. It is completely furnished and has a wet bar and refrigerator.
The enchanting Mexican-style dining room has an indoor fountain, a refectory table seating eight and ample linens, dishes and utensils. There is an elegantly furnished living room with radiating ceiling beams and a fireplace. The tiled floors have Afghan rugs. There is a handsome powder room. Internet access available by arrangement
• Queretaro Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. More flights go into Leon airport, about 1 1/2 hours away. Still more flights to Mexico City's Benito Juarez Airport, about 3 1/2 hours away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. The local golf and tennis club, with its swimming pool, is open to the public. It is a 15-minute taxi ride away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A choice of fine restaurants is within three blocks. There are many local grocery stores and boutiques as well. A famous artisans' market is a block away. Two large supermarkets are within a ten-minute taxi ride from the house. Yet the house is an exquisitely private Shangri-la behind its own high walls, but close to galleries, theaters and the opera house. Our San Miguel villa is located in the northern part of the Centro, at the end of a narrow lane off Calle Loreto, hidden from the street behind its own high walls.
• Swimming in hot springs is a 15-minute taxi ride away.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque
The payment of 50% to secure the reservation is not refundable. A fee of $25 will be required for late or weekend arrivals.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
