All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

In high season, if a reservation is canceled more than 30 days in advance, and we are able to re-rent your unit, full refund minus a $30.00 processing fee. If we can not re-rent your unit, no refund. We will not apply deposits toward future bookings. Additionally, you forfeit your deposit for those nights left vacant if you leave prior to completion of your stay.
On long term reservations (more than 2 weeks)a 50% deposit of our total amount is due to reserve, and the balance is due upon arrival.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 18.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
