All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

In high season, if a reservation is canceled more than 30 days in advance,and we are able to re-rent your unit, full refund minus a $30.00 processing fee.If we can not re-rent your unit,no refund. We will not apply deposits toward future bookings. Additionally, you forfeit your deposit for those nights left vacant if you leave prior to completion of your stay. Longer than three weeks stay, we give 10% discount.
On long term reservations (more than 2 weeks)a 50% deposit of our total amount is due to reserve your Casita, and the balance is due upon arrival.
