Satellite TV and DVD player. Maid Service is included. A cook is available for a small fee to prepare and serve evening meals, please inquire.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 200.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
