50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
