• PVR Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Situated only 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, San Pancho offers one of the most beautiful, uncrowded beaches on the Pacific coast.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). It is a short 6 minute drive to beautiful polo field where they play most saturday afternoons and have a great dining area, restaurants, stores, shops and art galleries.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is fine sand.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
