This unit is located in the downstairs level of the duplex, complete with tile floors and high ceilings throughout.This one level unit has one queen bedroom, a large living/dining/kitchen area and one and a half bath.The expansible dining/living room has comfortable rustic leather furniture along with built in couches with lots of pillows and accordion floors that open out to the terrace.The queen bedroom had wood accordion doors that open to a private covered balcony, a powerful but quiet mini-split a/c,ceiling fans and private bath.There is also the guest bathroom adjacent to the living area

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 200.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
