50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 200.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
