Unit is a brand new (2007) duplex located in the hills of San Pancho. The quiet residential neighborhood is just a short walk to most all restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops and beach. This unit is complete with tile floors and high ceilings throughout. This 3 level villa has 3 queen bedrooms, two large living/dining/kitchen area. Both dining/living rooms have comfortable rustic leather furniture along with built in couches with lots of pillows and accordion floors that open out to the terrace. Each queen bedroom owned private bathroom, a powerful but quiet mini-split a/c, ceiling fans.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 200.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
