Large garden area. You can walk without restriction in our vineyards where we produce our wines. Not far from Venice, Treviso, Asolo, and Cortina d'Ampezzo.
• From Venice airport it is 35 minutes by car; from the central station 8 km.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). 1 1/2 hours drive to reach the Dolomities.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Restaurant is a 700 mt walk from here. The market is a 500 mt walk from here. San Pietro di Feletto is 8 Km from Conegliano, Treviso 20 Km.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Local charges for electricity and heating on use.

• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
