Private garden (80 sq metres) accessible from the terrace. The complex has generous beautifully laid out gardens, which also contain a community swimming pool and tennis court. 3 a/c units offer cool relaxing atmosphere in the summer months. Nearby activities include golf, (open 12 months of the year, and offering our guests a special rate of EURO 35 for one whole day of golf), touring historical sites, horse-riding, sailing, fishing, watersports, tennis in the grounds of the Castello or at the two nearby local tennis clubs, hiking, biking, surfing, boating, and skiing. Close by there is the ocean, a forest, a leisure park, mountains, a country club, excellent restaurants, a cinema, galleries/museums, and theaters. The largest Designer Fashion Outlet in Italy is only 90 minutes drive away by car, at Serravalle Scrivia, (near to Genoa Airport). There you will find many major Italian fashion brands at Factory Outlet prices.

• Nice Airport - 55 kms (33 m); Genoa Airport - 120 kms (80 m). San Remo is very close to the French border, and is only a 20-minute drive from Monte Carlo, Monaco.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). "Gli Ulivi" Golf Club 18 hole golf course overlooking the sea is only 15 minutes away by car. Facilities: Bar, restaurant, pro-shop, putting-green and driving range. Open throughout the year. Closed on Tuesdays. The Club was founded in 1932 and it is one of the most important golf clubs in the Mediterranean area. It was designed by English architects and was the very first golf club in Italy. Set in marvellous natural scenery, the Golf Club is surrounded by age-old olive groves and luxuriant hills - overlooking the Ligurian Sea. It is the perfect place for "golf lovers" and it can suit both experts and beginners. You can spend the day among the olive groves and then enjoy a tasty dinner at the Golf Club restaurant.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Skiing in winter is available at the nearest ski resort about 1 hour drive away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are plenty of shops and restaurants all within a short walk away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Bus stop : less than 50 metres, just outside the gates of the Castello. The beach is only 1 km away from this complex. There are more than two dozen private beaches in San Remo, each with its own restaurant and changing rooms etc. In addition there are many public beaches for which no charge is made for access

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
