Baby cot available on request, Each apartment is equipped with individual heating and counter, Internet connection on the property, well-maintained garden (25000 mq): 2 covered gazebos, private places with tables, chairs and sunshade for every apartment,(Every unit has its own outside sitting area) Large ecological swimming pool (15m x 7m), external shower, barbeque in the garden, each apartment has a covered parking space, mountain-bikes included in the price, ping-pong, mini volley ball, room for meetings, cultural events, banquets (optional catering service). On request information about excursions (nature,culture and shopping). We have an agreement with the oldest and typical restaurants of Sansepolcro, the ”Fiorentino” and the “Borghetto”, to give a 10% discount to our guests.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Cancellation Fees. -30% from the date of confirmation, up 30 days prior to rental commencement period, -50% from 29 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period, *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
