From the pool deck you look out onto a preserve with no development.

The villa has central air conditioning and heating and a screened pool. High vaulted ceiling in the living room. The master suite features a walk-in closet, an ensuite bath with private pool entrance, double sinks, separate shower and a large garden tub. The pool is 12x24 ft, and is 3-6 ft deep.

40 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport
Shopping and Dining
A vehicle is required because the walk to the shops and dining is at least 30 minutes. Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area. It takes approximately fifteen minutes to drive to Disney, Animal Kingdom, MGM and Epcot and twenty minutes to drive to Seaworld and Universal Studios.
Golf Courses
The nearest golf course is less than a 5 minute drive away, on Route 27 North.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Beach facilities are within a 45 minute drive of our home.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 15 days (or more) prior to arrival all payments (less a 50 cancellation fee) are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Amex, Diners Club, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, PayPal, Personal Cheque. , Visa
