• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are dozens of golf courses within easy driving distance.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Shops and restaurants from 10 minutes driving to an hour or more depending on what food you like and where you want to go!!
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Distant sea views from the villa. Drive to the seaside from 20 minutes to an hour depending on where you go. Dozens of beaches in the Algarve all within easy driving distance.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
