We are Located 1.5 Blocks from Scenic West Cliff Drive on the West Side of Santa The Casita is a delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that comfortably sleeps up to six people. Artistically decorated, the 2 bedrooms each have a queen size bed and the living room has a full-size pull out couch. The large enclosed brick patio offers privacy for enjoying a soak in the 6 person hot tub, sunbathing or enjoying a barbecue while listening to the seals barking from their perches under the wharf. |

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
