Master bedroom #2 features double French doors leading out to a private deck with a 4-seat patio set to look out onto a lush and beautifully landscaped private garden and fenced/gated yard. This master bedroom includes a double size bed with luxury linens, a wrought-iron day-bed for one, bamboo furnishings, telephone, alarm clock and artwork.

1 Double Bed. The loft bedroom has a private entrance to outside with a second door leading into the kitchen entryway. Includes a private bathroom & shower, closet facilities, TV and a short flight of carpeted stairs leading up to the double bed in the loft platform.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom #1 has a private deck with lounge chairs facing the ocean and Monterey Bay view. The main view is the panoramic ocean front view of the Pacific Ocean and all of Monterey Bay. This home is located on exclusive Opal Cliffs Ocean Frontage, with a unique east facing sunny view of the famous Shark's Cove "Surf Spot". Enjoy an outdoor wood burning fire overlooking your private and spectacular view of the ocean while watching the moon rise over Monterey Bay coastline. To the north is a wide open view of surfers on Pleasure point and the south view is of charming Capitola. The 1st master bedroom and private deck face the ocean with sliding doors and windows to access the sunshine, ocean sounds and flowering landsacpe. The 2nd master bedroom has french doors leading out to a private deck looking out onto a lush and beautifully landscaped private garden and yard. At junction of Highway #1 take south exit in the direction of Monterey. Travel approximately 3 miles and take the 41st Avenue exit to the right. Follow 41st Avenue to the end of that avenue; turn left at the stop sign onto Opal Cliffs Drive. Travel approximately 1/4 mile to the home on the right (ocean side) of the street. The house numbers are posted on the mailbox and above the garage door.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The drive to the nearest golf course is less than 1 hour
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Capitola shopping district and ocean front restaurants are within walking distance.
• Beach surface is fine sand. The home is on the ocean front beach bluff; the ocean is below your feet. Private beach access is a 2 minute walk.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
