On the upper floor, 1 double sea-view bedroom (with one added single bed), 1 single bedroom with direct entry to the 32 sq.m. sea-view terrace.

Private swimming pool of 30 sq. meters. Private and covered parking space with automatic gate. It is also possible to pluck fruits from the trees according to the season like wine grapes, cherries, apples, pears and hazelnuts.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
