Private swimming pool of about 28 sq. meters, open from 16.05.09 to 26.09.09. Parking on the property.
Services not included in the price:
Heating at Euro 110,00 per week (6 hours per day). Weekly cleaning Euro 40,00. Wood for the fireplace.

The village centre of Sant' Agata is within walking distance and offers all facilities such as bars, restaurants (including the Restaurant Don Alfonso consistently rated one of Italy's top restaurants), shops, banks... S. Agata is a village in the hills above Sorrento. Sorrento and other towns in the peninsula are reached in a relatively short time (about 10/15 minutes) by car or public transport for shopping and entertainment. Naples is approximately 50 kms from the unit and Salerno is approximately 42 kms.
• Beach is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. Buses to the bay of Nerano and Sorrento - short journey.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
