In fact it is new, spacious, beautiful to look at from the outside and even more beautiful on the inside due to the bright and spacious rooms furnished with elegance and taste. The villa, surrounded by 650 sqm of lawns and ornamental plants plus 12.000 sqm of fruit groves, has every modern comfort and a swimming pool of 10 x 5,75. Although built in a higher position than the pretty village of Sant'Agata, it's little more than 200m from the center and from "Don Alfonso" one of the most famous restaurants in Europe.

    Services included in the price: Electricity, water, gas, cleaning and change of linen twice a week, swimming pool from the 1st of May to the 31st of October, Satellite TV, parking, maid three hours a day and heating 6 hours a day during the winter period. Services not included in the price: Euro 500,00 per week for heating 24 hours a day. On request various services such as cook, baby sitter, car, driver, boat, sailor, organized parties, excursions and reservations for shows.

Agata also boasts a privileged position since, in a relatively short time, it is possible to reach all the most celebrated tourist localities of the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, such as Sorrento and Positano at 10 km.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
