There is a dining table for 12 persons. The kitchen area extends to another external kitchen complete with barbecue and Pizza oven built in natural stone.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). On the ground floor with en-suite bath-room with shower and direct access to the grounds.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Reached by internal lift or stairs with direct access to the garden and thence to the swimming-pool.
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). There is an internal spiral stair up to the attic which consists of a double bed-room with terrace and view of the island of Capri and a small bathroom with shower (no shower cabin).
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Up 3 steps there is the master bed-room with Satellite TV, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom with bath and hydro-massage shower.
4 Single Beds (sleeps 4). From the entire upper floor there is direct access to the gardens and swimming pool.
Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.

The villa, surrounded by 650 square meters of lawns and ornamental plants plus 12.000 square meters of fruit groves, has every modern comfort and a swimming-pool. From the attic room you can also see the island of Capri.
Services included in the price:
water, electricity, gas, change of linen twice a week, maid service three hours a day, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, CD player, telephone, internet connection, barbecue, parking, private swimming pool from the 1st of May to the 31st of October.
Services not included in the price:
heating Euro 500,00 per week. On request various services such as cook, baby sitter, car, driver, boat, sailor, organized parties, excursions and reservations for shows.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Although built in a higher position than the pretty village of S. Agata, it is little more than 200 mt from the center and from "Don Alfonso" one of the most famous restaurants in Europe. Distance from the centre of S.Agata - 1,5 km. S. Agata is a village in the hills above Sorrento. It has stores, restaurants etc.in the village itself. S. Agata also boasts a privileged position since, in a relatively short time, it is possible to reach all the most celebrated tourist localities of the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, such as Sorrento and Positano at 10 km.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
