The bus stop is at 100 mt, the property in right in S.Agata Town center. A transfer by taxi from the airport or from the railway station is recommended by the owner who will arrange for you.

- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is on the High Street (Corso Italia) where all the shops are just a few steps from the accommodation.
- Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. The nearest beach is 10 minutes by car or by bus from the unit.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of $100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
