20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
