The unit is a 10 minute walk from Santa Margalida, after 30 minutes drive on the highway from the airport to INCA (20 KM. from Palma) and other 20 minutes on the high road Llubi - Santa Margalida - Can Picafort.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 150 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00€ per pers./hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
