Apartment situated in a modern villa in a hillside position with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Tigullio. Peace and quiet. At the guests' disposal: grassy fenced-in outdoor area and swimming pool (4x6) shared with the owner. Access to the property along a small dirt track (1.9 m wide) not suitable for large cars. 100 m below passes a road which cannot be seen from the villa. Parking. Internet access. DISTANCES: Approx. 4 km from Santa Margherita Ligure (beach, food shops, supermarket). 7 km Rapallo, 10 km the famous city of Portofino, 40 km Genoa (airport), 50 km Cinque Terre and its characteristic towns.
ACCOMMODATION: (220 m2) Gr. fl.: kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, TV) with access to a covered terrace for outdoor dining, living/dining room with sofa bed and large access to the panoramic terrace with sea view, WC. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 double bedroom with WC and access to a panoramic terrace, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. The owner lives in the apartment below which is independent.
Shared washing machine in an external room. For bookings of 2 or more weeks, 3 hours of domestic help are included in the price (on Monday, beginning on the Monday of the second week). Breakfast, lunch and dinner service, daily cleaning available on request. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
