Apartment situated in a modern villa in a hillside position with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Tigullio. Peace and quiet. At the guests' disposal: grassy fenced-in outdoor area and swimming pool (4x6) shared with the owner.. Access to the property along a small dirt track (1.9 m wide) not suitable for large cars. 100 m below passes a road which cannot be seen from the villa.

LOCATION: Approx. 4 km from Santa Margherita Ligure (beach, food shops, supermarket). 7 km Rapallo, 10 km the famous city of Portofino, 40 km Genoa (airport), 50 km Cinque Terre and its characteristic towns.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
