Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
The front windows face the sea and the back ones face a 15th century park and villa (Villa Durazzo).
• Genova airport is 40 minutes away and it is reachable by motorway, bus and train.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Golf club in Rapallo, 2.5 km -1.5 miles away from the home.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The flat is nearby restaurants and shops.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock. Oceanfront!
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
