The kitchen is new (2006) and over looks Villa Durazzo Park, of XVI century.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Balcony in front of the sea. Built in cupboard.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). Very quiet with cupboard and bedside table looking at Villa Durazzo Park.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
The panorama from the unit is beautiful, look at the photo! The building is in the middle of the town, with the sea in front, beach at 50 meters, boats station in front, on the road to Portofino that is 5 kilometers away.
Unit is very clos to pizzerie, bar end restaurant, there is also a bank and a jewelery in the place, and magazine and supermarket are not far.
Parking at payment is in front of the building and a great controled parking on several floors is in the neighbours.

- Genoa airport is 27 kilometers away and may be reached by train also. Train station is not far from the home and may be reached in 10 minutes walk.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). An old and important Golf Club is at Rapallo, 2.5 kilometers away from Santa Margherita and may be reached by bus.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The apartment is very closed to many restaurants, bars, pizzeria and boutiques.
Pharmacy is at the corner. Everything you need is nearby. Portofino 5 km away.
- Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. There is a dock and boat lift. 50 meters to the sea! Boat station in front.
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
