The villa is situated in a panoramic position just outside of the inhabited centre of Casto, approx. 200 m from the sea and the renowned marine cave Zinzulusa. The sea, characterized by a rocky shore, can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Near the house you will also find a convenient equipped structure with a large swimming pool with salt water (upon payment). The house, spread out over two floors, is surrounded by a garden and has equipped terraces on varying levels. Near the property you can rent a small fishing boat for 5 people for outings along the coast (80 Euros/day) to be paid for on site. Private parking for 1 car. DISTANCES: 500m food shop, 1 km Castro (all kinds of shops), 25 km Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca, 35 km Gallipoli, 50 km Lecce. Airports: 90 km Brindisi, 200 km Bari.

(entrance from a veranda study with dining room area): large living room with fireplace, kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), 2 twin bedded rooms one of which with bathroom with shower, 1 small single bedroom with bathroom with shower and overhead gallery where you can also find an additional bedroom (the stairway to access the overhead gallery is very steep and suitable for teenagers), 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
