This villa is located in the Zinzulusa town in a panoramic and declivous position over the sea on the outskirts of the inhabited centre of Castro, approx. 200 m from the sea (rocky shore) which you can walk to or reach by car. The small gulf below is characterized by a rocky shore and the famous Zinzulusa marine cave. Near the house you will also find a convenient equipped structure with a large swimming pool with salt water (upon payment). The house has various panoramic and equipped terraces on varying levels and a garden. Private parking for three cars. Reasonably comfortable furniture. DISTANCES: 500 m grocery shop, 1 km Castro (all kinds of shops), 25 km Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca, 35 km Gallipoli, 50 km Lecce. Airports: 90 km Brindisi - 200 km Bari.
ACCOMMODATION: (180 m2) Gr. fl.: large loggia from where you access the bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room. 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: large living/dining room (TV) with double divan bed and access to the equipped terrace, kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), 1 small single bedroom with WC. You can also directly access the first floor from the garden and the terraces. Outdoor shower in the garden area adjacent to the kitchen. Air conditioning in two bedrooms on gr. floor and in the living room.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
