This unit is an adorable, fully-furnished, private, one-bedroom duplex/flat - (like a cottage) and newly remodeled in 2003. Classic beach style with all up-to-date comforts. Very bright and airy. The lounge has a log fireplace, and skylight. Fully furnished with all bed linens and towels provided. The bathroom has a large modern shower unit and terracotta-tiled floor. Outside features a deck area and garden access for sunbathing. Free Internet access at nearby cafe - a 2 minute walk. There is an Olympic size outdoor heated pool just a 7 minute walk at the world famous Santa Monica College.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
