Beautiful stone-built villa (120 m2) set inside a residential area with only independent villas, situated on the side of a hill with beautiful views of the sea and the Tavolara (marine park), Molara and Molarotto Islands. 1.5 km from the sea, 2 km the Isuledda beach, 3.5 km S. Teodoro (all kinds of shops), 4 km the "Cinta" beach (Peaceful position. The villa is made up of two units, both independent from one another but only a few meters apart and separated by three equipped patios (one of which with barbecue and outdoor shower). The house is surrounded by a large garden with lawn (1000 m2). It is possible to request up to 1 additional bed when booking, to be paid for on the spot (200 Euro/person/week). Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: (70 m2) 1st unit. Gr. fl.: panoramic and equipped patio (26 m2) in front of the entrance, living/dining room with fireplace and small double sofa bed, kitchen (freezer) with access to the outside, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower.
(50 m2) 2nd unit. Gr. fl.: patio, living/dining room with kitchen corner and sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with a 2nd pullout bed (high window without view), 1 bathroom with shower (high window without view). Comfortably furnished in typical Sardinian style.
LOCATION: a strip of sand that separates two crystal-clear pools of water, 10 km Porto S. Paolo (embarkation for the Tavolara Island), 22 km Olbia, 37 km Porto Rotondo, 50 km Porto Cervo.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
