Beautiful stone-built villa (140 m2) inside a property of 6,000 m2 (mostly lawn grounds), set on a gentle peninsula only 25 km southeast of Olbia and just 3 km north of S. Teodoro. Relaxing view of the green vegetation that reaches as far as the sea, which as the crow flies is only 150 m away, but can be reached on foot by walking along a flat pedestrian walkway (300 m) that winds through the Mediterranean vegetation and leads to the beautiful "Lu Impostu" beach. The villa has 2 terraces equipped for outdoor dining, one on the sea side and the other in the back (barbecue). Comfortable modern-styule furniture. Peaceful position. It is possible to go for beautiful walks. Parking outdoors and garage for one car (washing machine). Wireless Internet connection. Internet access. Central heating. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: large living room (satellite TV) lit up by two large windows and access to the lawn, kitchen (oven, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 outdoor shower. Air conditioning in the living room, in the double bedroom and one in the corridor between the 2 bedrooms. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
